Using this site

Fair Way Volt gives you a limited, personal, non-commercial right to view and use this website. These Terms of Use work together with our Terms and Conditions. By using the site, you agree to both.

Who owns the content

All original text, rankings, charts, page designs, graphics and logos on Fair Way Volt belong to Fair Way Volt and are protected by copyright and other laws. Product images, brand names and logos belong to their owners.

What you may do

• Read and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our pages on social media, forums and in messages
• Quote a short excerpt, a few sentences at most, as long as you credit Fair Way Volt and link to the original page

What you may not do

• Reproduce our content without permission: copy, republish, translate or rewrite full articles, rankings or tables on another site, app, video or product
• Use our content commercially: sell, license or use our content in paid products, ads or services without written permission

Automated traffic and bots

We use security services, including Cloudflare, that may block or challenge automated traffic. Search engines may crawl the site in line with our robots.txt file. Any other automated access requires our written permission.

Want to republish or license our content? Email hello@fairwayvolt.com and tell us what you would like to use and where. We review every request.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe content on Fair Way Volt infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@fairwayvolt.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
• The exact URL of the material on our site
• Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

If we remove material after a valid notice, the person who posted it may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will remove the content of repeat infringers.

Trademarks

Fair Way Volt and our logo are our marks. EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe products and compatibility.

Ending access

We may block or limit access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms, without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law terms in our Terms and Conditions also apply to these Terms of Use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
