- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Accepting these terms
By using fairwayvolt.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fair Way Volt. If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian. Purchases from retailers such as Amazon are subject to their own age rules.
What Fair Way Volt is
Fair Way Volt publishes guides, comparisons and rankings about golf carts, golf cart parts and accessories. Our content is based on research from manufacturer specifications, published documentation and verified owner reviews. We do not perform hands-on product testing, and we are not a dealer, repair shop or manufacturer.
Affiliate links and purchases
Many product links on this site are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Fair Way Volt earns from qualifying purchases. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
When you buy through a link, you buy from the retailer, not from us. The retailer handles payment, shipping, returns, warranties and customer service, and its own terms apply. We are not responsible for a retailer’s products, delivery or service.
Prices and availability
Product prices and availability change often and are set by retailers. Any price or availability shown or described on Fair Way Volt is accurate only at the time it was checked. The price and availability shown on the retailer’s site at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Product and fitment information
We work hard to get specs and fit notes right. Even so, makers change part numbers, update designs and revise model years, and listings can be wrong. Before you order, always confirm:
- Your cart’s brand, model and model year from the serial number plate
- Your system voltage and battery type
- The part number, connector type, spline count or mounting style, where it applies
- The seller’s own compatibility notes
Your safety and responsibility
Important: golf carts run on high-current battery packs, often 36V, 48V or 72V. Battery and wiring work can cause burns, sparks, acid injury or fire. Lifting carts, using ramps and adding speed upgrades can also cause serious injury.
You are responsible for deciding whether you have the skills, tools and safety gear to do any job you read about here. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and use a qualified technician when in doubt. Speed, motor and controller upgrades can affect braking, stability, warranty coverage and whether your cart is legal on public roads.
Comments and submissions
If comments are open and you post one, you agree that it is your own, is lawful and is respectful. You give Fair Way Volt a free, non-exclusive right to display, edit for length or clarity, and remove it. We may remove any comment for any reason, including spam, links for promotion, personal attacks or off-topic content.

All original content on Fair Way Volt, including text, graphics, layouts and logos, belongs to Fair Way Volt and is protected by copyright law. Our Terms of Use explain what you may and may not do with it.

We link to retailers, manufacturers and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or products. Visiting them is at your own risk.
No warranties
Fair Way Volt and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fair Way Volt and its owners, writers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit or property, or personal injury, arising from your use of the site or any product you buy or install. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Fair Way Volt and its owners from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to solve the problem informally.
