Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that help websites work and measure visits. Here is every type we use on Fair Way Volt, and how to control them.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

In short

  • We use a small number of cookies for security and site function.
  • Google Analytics cookies help us see which guides are useful.
  • Amazon sets its own cookies after you click an affiliate link.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember things, such as whether you are a real visitor and not a bot, or which pages were viewed during a visit. Similar tools, like local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.

Cookie names and lifetimes are set by each provider and can change. We review this list when we change our tools.

First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by fairwayvolt.com. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, such as Google, Cloudflare and Amazon. Third parties use the data under their own privacy policies, which are linked in our Privacy Policy.

How to manage cookies

You are in control. Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies:

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings or Preferences, then Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions

You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If you block cookies

Fair Way Volt will still work. You can read every guide and ranking. Blocking security cookies may cause extra checks, such as a quick verification page, and blocking Amazon cookies means we may not earn a commission on your purchase. That is completely your choice.
