Help us help you faster
When you write about a part or a problem, please include:
- Your cart brand, model and model year (from the serial number plate)
- Your system voltage (36V, 48V or 72V) and battery type (lead acid or lithium)
- The link to the Fair Way Volt page you are asking about
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
What we cannot help with
- Orders, shipping and returns. We do not sell products. Purchases made through our links are handled by the retailer, such as Amazon. Please contact them directly.
- Remote diagnosis. We cannot inspect your cart, so we cannot diagnose a specific fault. Our Field Guides cover common checks you can do safely.
- Legal advice. Street legal rules for golf carts and low speed vehicles depend on your state and town. Your local DMV or city office has the final word.
Safety first: if your cart smells like something is burning, a battery looks swollen or cracked, or you see smoke near the batteries or controller, stop using the cart, keep people away, and contact a qualified golf cart technician.
